We provide fully itemised quotes including for labour, materials and all other costs that are involved.

We are also able to work on "handyman" basis for smaller jobs. Our pricing is simple and competitive.

Hourly charges:

When booked for less than 8 hours charges are as follows:

£20 per hour Monday-Friday and Saturday-Sunday £25 per hour-excluding Vat.

Terms and conditions:

Materials and parking charges will be charged on top of labour rates.
We will charge for our time spend on purchasing and delivering materials according to our hourly rates.
We do stock most of materials and if we have to purchase more materials we will not charge you more than 1.5 hours of our time. We will present original receipts of purchase to our customers-doesen't apply to our stock items charged at standard rates. If bookings are cancelled with less notice than 48 hours a full day charge will apply. (No charges otherwise) Minimum booking time is 4 hours.
